Her patience and approach towards the need for more relaxation in our hectic lives and the very common illnesses of stress, depression and fatigue is second to none.
This is due to personal experience and what brought her to the practice of yoga over ten years ago.
Discovering the wide range and varied benefits of yoga for herself and healing her then current situation, after three years of attending classes and developing her yoga on a personal level an opportunity came along to teach others.
She felt this was the right path for her, and has never looked back. The Path of Learning within the realms of yoga is never-ending, therefore her experience and ongoing learning that brings her so much enjoyment is always fuelled back to students

Juliet 's style of class
Her classes are of a healing nature, developing the students body and mind awareness to a degree where the recognition of self awareness, the energies of yoga and our place, purpose and connection to the world form part of everyday life.
Posture work is fun, innovative some times alternative and has a good balance between gentle, energetic and strong but with the emphasis on listening to your body and doing what is right for you.
Therefore, stronger posture work always comes with a high degree of variation enabling the student to choose on a personal level what is right for them, giving an ongoing sense of challenge, development and growth.
Due to this approach, beginners and those wishing to work on specific physical conditions can integrate well. The structure and flow of her classes are always interesting, harmonious and relaxing leaving the student with something to take home with them.
Her yoga teaching is serious but always brought to you with a smile and an interactive fun twist.

Children's yoga
Juliet also loves working with children and alongside adult mainstream haschosen this as her specialised subject area She takes regular classes at local nurseries and schools and takes the children's classes at the Dodridge centre Northampton.
Yoga for children can help develop focus and concentration levels for school and homework. Teaching children the importance of good posture, and correct breath can help with breathing related illness such as asthma, plus many more benefits.
Yoga can help prevent the onset of many problems such as, obesity, bone and joint disorders bad backs and rounded shoulders.
Most important with children is building good self esteem, and a positive attitude towards life, themselves and others - helping to combat bullying, nervousness, stress, tension, depression, irrationality in behaviour, calming hyper-activity, irritability and confidence building.
Lastly not forgetting fun. Yoga is great fun and can be a good source for that personal challenge factor.
Once built into a child good education in areas such as these are can be taken into adulthood, and maintained through life.
